  Beware if you need Repairs to your sewing machine. I took my 401A singer sewing machine in for a repair last fall. The 2 front knobs that change the stiches would not move. I told the gal at the desk in the Centennial location what needed to be repaired. She took the machine with the pedal and the power cord. The bobbin was still in the machine. I just got it out yesterday 5-7-14 and they didn’t fix anything. My knobs still won’t move and now I can’t even sew a straight stitch, which I could do before taking it in and no bobbin was returned. They charged me $99 for a repair they didn’t even do and gave me my machine back in worse condition then when I started. Part of this is my fault for not checking right away when I got it home. Life happens to be crazy sometimes. I will not go here again.
